With the latest self-help guide from some smart so and so.
I have my own philosophy, it's the best I've found,
When you're feeling down, look up.

Look up James 1 verse 2 & 3 when life can't get much worse.
Look up Psalm 103 verse 12, if sin has got you bound,
When you're feeling down, look up.
I don't mean to be negative, but I positively know,
Some of these so-called teachers are just out to make some dough.
I don't need a better book, the good book's still around,
When I'm feeling down, I look up.

I Look up John 16:33 for where my true hope lies,
I Look up Isaiah 25 verse 8 each time I cry.
Look up 1 Peter 5 verse 4, someday we'll wear a crown,
When you're feeling down, look up.

Look up how much God loves you it's John 3:16 time.
